1. About these terms

These terms apply to every order placed through this website. By placing an order you accept them. They are governed by the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania.

2. Products and pricing

All prices are in Tanzanian Shillings (TZS) and include any applicable VAT. We try hard to keep prices and stock levels accurate, but errors happen. If a product is listed at an obviously wrong price we will contact you before processing the order, and you may cancel it for a full refund.

Product photographs are for illustration. Colours can look different on different screens, and manufacturers change packaging without notice.

3. Orders

An order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we confirm the order and, where payment is required up front, when that payment clears. We may decline an order if the item is out of stock, if we cannot verify your details, or if we suspect fraud.

4. Payment

We accept M-Pesa, Airtel Money, Mixx by Yas and Halopesa through our payment provider, and cash on delivery. Mobile money payments are processed by Selcom; we never see or store your mobile money PIN.

An unpaid mobile money order is cancelled automatically after 60 minutes and the stock is released.

5. Delivery

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. We are not liable for delays caused by weather, traffic, strikes or other events outside our control. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

Somebody must be available to receive the order at the address given. If nobody is available, our rider will attempt to contact you; a second delivery attempt may be charged.

6. Returns and warranty

Our returns policy and warranty terms form part of these terms.

7. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account password confidential and for everything done through your account. Tell us at once if you think somebody else has access to it.

8. Limitation of liability

Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits, lost data or business interruption. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by Tanzanian law.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published on this page when you place your order.
