We are an electronics retailer based in Dar es Salaam, selling genuine phones, laptops, televisions, audio equipment and accessories across Tanzania.
Why we started
Buying electronics in Tanzania has always carried a risk: a sealed box that turns out to be refurbished, a "warranty" that nobody honours once you walk out, a price that changes depending on how you are dressed. We started this shop to remove that risk. One price, shown openly. Stock sourced through authorised distributors. A warranty we actually service, in person.
What we promise
- Genuine stock. Every device comes from an authorised distributor. If we sell something refurbished, we say so clearly in the title, in the badge and on the invoice.
- A warranty we honour. Bring the device and the receipt to our shop. No arguments, no runaround.
- Honest pricing. The price on the site is the price you pay. Delivery is calculated before you commit, not after.
- Real support. Call or WhatsApp us and you will speak to somebody who works here and knows the stock.
Delivery
We deliver the same day within Dar es Salaam for orders placed before 3pm, and within one to three days to Arusha, Mwanza, Dodoma, Mbeya and Morogoro. Delivery is free within Dar es Salaam on orders over TSh 150,000.
Payment
Pay with M-Pesa, Airtel Money, Mixx by Yas or Halopesa - you will get a prompt on your phone and enter your PIN. You can also pay the rider in cash when your order arrives.
